VPAT & ACR Services
Audit results documentation that shows WCAG compliance for SaaS, Websites, and mobile apps
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are the de facto world-wide standard for digital accessibility, and a VPAT/ACR is how website owners, SaaS and mobile app providers declare their level of WCAG compliance.
We author comprehensive VPATs (Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates), which become Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) when completed.
An ACR is often required for procurement or any savvy buyer in the government, education, and commercial spaces that want to ensure both usability and legal compliance for the software or web apps they purchase. As an established digital accessibility consultancy, our name also adds deeper credibility to the ACRs we sign.
Our Approach to Providing VPATs & ACRs
We author VPATs and ACRs from audit evidence we’ve validated directly, ensuring every conformance response reflects actual product behavior rather than assumptions or boilerplate language. Each claim is tied to specific testing artifacts, so the documentation accurately represents what was evaluated, what was found, and where limitations exist. We don’t produce VPATs from third-party audits or legacy test data we haven’t verified ourselves.
We write for the people who will read this document under pressure: procurement officers comparing vendors, legal teams assessing contractual risk, and buyers deciding whether your product meets their accessibility requirements. Language is carefully scoped to avoid overstatement. Limitations are stated plainly. The result is documentation that answers buyer questions rather than raising new ones, keeping deals moving through review instead of stalling on credibility concerns.
We structure the work so VPATs and ACRs stay useful as products evolve. When remediation closes gaps identified in the underlying audit, we can update documentation to reflect the current state. When new procurement contexts require a different VPAT edition or standard alignment, we scope that cleanly against existing evidence rather than starting from scratch.
Benefits of having a VPAT / ACR
A strong, accurate VPAT removes a common procurement blocker, helping sales teams satisfy buyer requirements and keep deals moving rather than stalling late in the process.
Carefully scoped, evidence-based responses reduce the exposure created by overstatements, vague claims, or documentation that cannot be defended under legal or contractual scrutiny.
Documentation is written directly from validated audit findings and hands-on testing, not automated scans, assumptions, or marketing-driven templates.
The VPAT or ACR makes it explicit which accessibility issues are known, which areas are partially supported, and what requires remediation, giving product and engineering teams a clear, honest basis for planning next steps.
